Tinplate refers to a steel plate coated with a thin layer of metallic tin on the surface. Tinplate is made of low-carbon steel rolled into a steel plate with a thickness of about 2mm. After pickling, cold rolling, electrolytic cleaning and annealing, leveling, trimming, and then cleaning, electroplating, reflow soldering, passivation, oiling and other processes. Cut into tinplate finished products, the tin used in tinplate is high-purity tin (Sn>99.8%). The tin layer can also be applied by hot-dip plating. The tin plate obtained by the method has a thick tin layer and a large amount of tin, and no purification treatment is required after tin plating.
