Corrugated galvanized steel roofing is made from galvanized steel coils that are processed on a roll forming machine. According to the difference of galvanizing, it is divided into large zinc flower and zero zinc flower. According to the production method, it can be divided into hot-dip galvanized steel, electro-galvanized steel and alloy galvanized steel. Double coating weight for corrugated galvanized steel roofs is 20-700 g/m2 according to ASTM tests. The most commonly used corrugated galvanized steel sheets for construction applications are Z275 and Z450, with galvanizing amounts of 275g/m2 (minimum thickness of single-sided coating of steel sheets is 19μm) and 450g/m2.

Corrosion Resistance: The galvanized layer effectively prevents steel from rusting, while the color-coated coating further enhances the protection of the substrate, extending its service life.
Lightweight: Compared to traditional roofing tiles, color-coated galvanized roofing tiles are lighter, reducing the requirements on building structures and simplifying construction.
Rich Colors: The color-coated coating offers a variety of color options to meet different architectural styles and aesthetic needs.
Easy Installation: Its lightweight nature and specific panel design enable quick and efficient installation, significantly shortening the construction period.
Long Lifespan: Due to the dual protection of galvanization and color coating, color-coated galvanized roofing tiles possess excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance, resulting in a long service life.
