7075-O condition: 7075-O aluminum alloy has good plasticity and corrosion resistance. Its strength and hardness are relatively low, but still higher than mild steel, while it has good plasticity and toughness and can be deformed and processed. Specifically, the tensile strength of 7075-O aluminum alloy is 524MPa, the yield strength is 455MPa, the hardness is 150HB, and the elastic modulus is 71GPa.
7075-T76 status: 7075-T76 aluminum alloy has high strength, good corrosion resistance and good toughness. Its strength and hardness are slightly lower than 7075-T6, but still higher than mild steel, while having good corrosion resistance and toughness, and can be deformed and processed. Aluminum alloy materials in this state are suitable for manufacturing parts that require high strength, corrosion resistance and toughness.
