Cold drawn hot rolled bar is done by drawing the bar through a die which is smaller in size than the incoming hot rolled bar. The "cold working" process improves the dimensional tolerances, straightness and surface appearance of the bar and enhances the physical properties of the steel. All Quanshuo metal cold drawn bars are produced using our proprietary in-line surface inspection equipment. Our offline testing center also offers eddy current, spinning bar testing or magnetic testing and is used according to your specifications. Enhanced physical properties enhance machinability and improve chip formation.

    Introduction

    As the name suggests, a cold-drawn finished steel bar is a steel bar that is drawn through a die. We manufacture a variety of shapes, including round and hexagonal, using the cold-drawn process.

    We produce cold-drawn finished rebar through a custom die drawing to meet customer size and shape requirements. Then, we carry out straightening, heat treatment, cutting, inspection, and other processes before delivering the products to customers.
