As the K value increases, the process requirements increase, and the price also increases. Coarse polishing: Grind back and forth with 600# sandpaper to remove all kinds of collisions between the solder joints and the previous process left after the pipe fittings are welded, so that the welding joints initially form rounded corners. Semi-finish polishing: Grind back and forth with 800# sandpaper. It is to correct the joints in the previous process, further traces after rough grinding, fine polishing: use 1000# sandpaper to grind the stainless steel welded pipe back and forth, the purpose is to repair and grind the fine lines produced after polishing, so that the joint between the grinding part and the non-grinding part The seam basically disappears. Mirror polishing generally uses hair wheels, and with Daqing wax imitating the former processing method, the mirror surface is processed to achieve the mirror surface after the previous processing. Then wipe its surface with a clean cotton cloth to reflect 6K or 8K or even 10K.
