T4 state: This is a state that is naturally aged to a basically stable state after solid solution heat treatment. It is suitable for products that will no longer be cold processed after solid solution heat treatment. It has low hardness, good cutting force and fatigue resistance.
T5 state: This is the state of artificial aging after cooling by high-temperature molding process. It is suitable for products that are artificially aged after cooling by high-temperature molding process without cold processing. It has low hardness, good cutting force and fatigue resistance.
T6 state: This is the state of artificial aging after solution heat treatment. It is suitable for products that will not be cold processed after solution heat treatment. It has high hardness, good fatigue strength and cutting force.
