PVDF coatings (polyvinylidene fluoride) are the best organic coatings available, offering excellent color retention and corrosion resistance. PVDF uses fluoride as the main film-forming material and is a perfect protective coating for metal building panels such as steel and aluminum. 2. Super corrosion resistance
Due to its excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, and other chemicals, PVDF coating will provide a protective barrier for the base metal. In addition, PVDF coating is 6-10 times thicker than ordinary coating. Thick coatings provide high surface hardness and good wear resistance.
